AUSTRALIA - FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY On All orders $99 And Above

All orders within Australia are delivered to your door using the Australia Post Express service.

We recommend either a work address or PO BOX for prompt delivery.

On dispatch of your parcel you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from time of order
  • Goods will be delivered on business days; no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • No 'return labels' included. Customers must return their items for refund or exchange at their own expense.
  • Next day delivery is available to customers located in Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (but excluding Perth metro and all of Darwin)
  • Next day delivery is not available to customers outside Australian metro and major regional areas, Perth metro or Darwin.

Products may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes, natural disasters, system failures ie internet or postal service etc) beyond the control of VOULT or Australia Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL & NEW ZEALAND - STANDARD SHIPPING

All International orders are delivered to your door using the Australia Post Standard Service.

VOULT currently offers international shipping to Canada, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States.

Please email us if your destination country is not listed above and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery time is approximately 6 business days (Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control) 

All prices are in Australian dollars.

PLEASE NOTE: shipments outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

We do not provide 'return labels'.

Customers must return their items for refund or exchange at their own expense.

VOULT is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number allowing you to follow up on where your order is.  Please be sure to check your junk mail folder.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

To change or cancel a recent order please contact VOULT via email customercare@voult.com.au at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our system is designed to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered the shipping process.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, loss of internet services, etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a variation may occur in colour and size specifications.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT

* To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund all funds paid using the original method received.
