RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your VOULT merchandise and purchase with confidence from our collections. We will gladly exchange or refund, unworn, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged items purchased from VOULT if returned strictly within 10 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition of purchase and must not have been altered, worn or damaged. Products that have been damaged in any way will not be exchanged or refunded.
All Jewellery purchases are despatched with attached tags. If the tag is removed the item no longer qualifies for a return. All gift boxes form part of your purchase and must be returned in perfect condition. Due to hygiene reasons, there is strictly no exchange on earrings.
VOULT reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to you at your own cost.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please inform email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your items that you will be sending back your purchase for an exchange or return. Please ensure that any item being returned is carefully packaged in its original vendor packaging with all tags attached. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. VOULT recommends sending return parcels via registered post and packaging items carefully. VOULT is not liable for damages or if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, VOULT will not be held accountable for any losses.
You are welcome to return online items by post within 10 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to exchange your item for an item that requires an additional payment to be made towards that item, we will notify you of the amount and method of payment. Please note that VOULT does not have, and cannot access, any financial data linked to our customers therefore we will provide you with the account details into which the direct payments are to be made.
For exchange of size, colour or style, please email our customer service team, firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your exchange request and note your request on your returns.
Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched.
To return merchandise for a refund, please send the item back via REGISTERED POST to:

Once your return is received, your payment will be refunded back into the account used to make the original purchase. If at the time of purchase you qualified for FREE SHIPPING, a non-refundable shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the original purchase price of your order. Items that have been worn or show signs of use will not be refunded unless a manufacturing fault is determined. For refunds please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card or Paypal.
Note: Refunds are processed as reversals of the original payment, ie. If paid via credit card, we will refund to the same credit card. If paid via PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account.
We have a strict quality control department that ensures all products are dispatched in perfect condition.
Items that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected immediately when they are received and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 7 days.
Goods are deemed faulty if:
a) the goods are damaged when the customer receives them
b) the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or mis-treatment are not considered faulty.
Items that have been altered or jewellery that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or repairer will be refused.
Once an item has been confirmed as faulty we will process either a refund or exchange as well as cover the postage costs.
